30-day returns on unused items and warranty coverage on eligible products.
30-Day Returns
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery.
- Item must be unused and unwashed
- Must be in original packaging
- Proof of purchase required
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Processing Time
Once we receive your return:
- Inspection: 2–3 business days
- Refund issued to original payment method
Need a different size or fit?
Contact us and we’ll arrange an exchange if the item is unused and within the return window.
All Bonderkage products are backed by a manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover damage caused by cuts, impact, normal wear, or misuse during play.
The Bonderkage RXP device includes a 2-year limited warranty covering electronic components and manufacturing defects.
Warranty Registration
To activate your warranty, please register your device within 30 days of purchase.
Register your warranty by emailing: warranty@bonderkage.com
Include the following information:
- Full name
- Image of your purchase receipt
- Device serial number
The serial number is located on the outer edge of the motherboard next to the on/off button.
Warranty Coverage
The Bonderkage RXP device includes a 2-year limited warranty covering electronic component defects and manufacturing defects under normal use.
What the Warranty Covers
- Electronic component failures
- Manufacturing defects
- Defects present under normal intended use
What the Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty does not cover damage caused by the owner, including but not limited to:
- Misuse or mishandling
- Unauthorized modifications
- Improper installation
- Neglect or failure to follow the product user guide
- Any damage caused by external factors or improper operation
Damage resulting from owner-caused issues is not eligible for warranty claims or repairs.
